We found a hotel in a great location with beautiful beaches nearby. the hotel is not too far from the city center so you can explore shops and restaurants. the room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
The terrible service ruined our experience. the staff lacked enthusiasm and didn't make an effort to make us feel welcome.

During Easter, we had a great time at this hotel. There were two complementary activities offered, which kept us entertained. the hotel was situated in a prime spot with easy access to the beach and local shops. Our personal favorite was the pool which was spacious and well-maintained.
the food served wasn't varied and didn't meet our standards.

For thanksgiving, I stayed at a hotel in San Andres and I have to say, the location was just beautiful. The hotel had an amazing beach view and the pool was very well maintained. They had an array of activities to do, such as snorkeling and a midnight cruise. I must say the food was delicious too, and the staff were very attentive.
Our room was not very cozy and the décor was outdated. The sheets were not very clean and had hair on them.
